Just Like That

Chapter Eleven.

Corrie.

I didn't expect to find her this stunning but I guessed like always girls had a thing where they always wanted to look their best no matter the occasion. I wasn't so sure if Jess or Carl had told her I was going to introduce her to my family but I hoped not cause I had told them I wanted to surprise her. Seeing the way she dressed, any sensible mother would have no problem with her. Not like she was very descent but she was just descent and I don't mean just descent, but decently dressed to the extent that she could have any right man sexed up or even the women whose brains worked in the sense that didn't enjoy c**k. She looked that breathtaking.

"Aren't you going to say anything?"

“Nothing that I'm sure my eyes haven't already said. We should get going before we are late. I will get your bags for you.”

So I picked her bags up for her but I just always wondered what it was babes carried around. Maybe they just wanted to always be well equipped.

"Where are we going by the way?"“So that you change your mind about something? No deal. Let it be a surprise.”

I couldn't tell her as yet in case she changed her mind and didn't want to meet them and perhaps Catie will love her. I don't know why I had the feeling they will love each other. My mum had called me earlier yesterday asking if I could go over and stay with Catie for the weekend that she was leaving to be somewhere by the afternoon but she hadn't really said where. So I decided I shouldn't go alone after all so I had to arrive before my mum left cause I even wanted to introduce Lauren to my mum. So I decided maybe I should ready her for what was to come.

"What do you think about me introducing you to my parents?" Her eyes grew wider. I couldn't read whether it was shock, surprise or even excitement so I decided maybe I should say something more.

"Perhaps, Catie will love you.”

She has been asking me about my girlfriend whenever I visited and I think you are the ideal person for that.

"Hearing her exclaim girlfriend meant maybe things were not yet clear. I hadn't asked her out as yet but I hoped to do so sooner when I was convinced she was ready for it.

"I'm still here and you're already daydreaming about me. At least wait until I'm out of sight, could you?" I couldn't help myself from

joking a bit but I really hoped it was the case.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier? I would have picked up something for your young sister or your mum instead of appearing empty handed."

Here I was worried about how she would take it and now she just surprised me with worrying about getting something for them.

What was wrong with girls and impression? I bet their secret names had impression included.

"You don't have to worry about her, they don't even know you're coming and perhaps its too late cause we are already here."

“You mean....”

I stopped her before she could complete and told her she didn't have to worry and that I wouldn't introduce her as my girlfriend if

she wasn't seeing to it.

"Yes, I would prefer that."

She snapped back before I could even finish but I finished my statement either way.

"Okay, let's get in before my mum leaves and relax, they don't even bite animals so why humans." I told her as I smoothed over her

hand where she jerked up I think cause of surprise.

We entered the house finding my mum holding her phone to the ear where I eventually realized she was calling me cause I reached out for my phone when it rang which revealed the caller ID as momma.

"Hey mum, we are here." I called out to her where she turned about I think trying to see what I meant by we cause I had her whisper "we" under her breath. So I guessed it was high time I introduced them.

"Mum, Catie meet Lauren, my girlfriend and then Lauren, meet my mum and Catie."

I didn't realize I had introduced her as my girlfriend until Catie mentioned how I had a pretty girlfriend. Oh my God, she was going

to kill me.

"Hey, nice to meet you Mrs. Allen and Catie."

Lauren said to them and she didn't seem distressed by what I had said or maybe she had masked it up already. Catie as expected ran to Lauren so I decided I should move ahead and talk to my mum who looked to still be digesting everything but there was more

written on her face than surprise like maybe, worry. Maybe it was cause of what she had said she wanted to tell me about when she

had called the previous day but when I asked her what it was she said it wasn't something that couldn't wait and that we would have

time to talk about it when she got back so I also let it pass. She was gone almost immediately after kissing Catie and Lauren goodbye making Catie promise to behave. And she was gone. I was now ready for a furious Lauren but she looked surprisingly normal so I guessed she didn't mind I had broken my promise to her of not mentioning girlfriend.

"I will get the bags and be right back." I told them but none of them seemed to even notice me anymore. So I picked out the bags and

left them in my room which I had planned to leave for Lauren as I took up the couch. After I was done putting everything away, I moved back to the living room where I had left them earlier but didn't find them. I heard voices in the kitchen so I moved there onlyto find them baking. My mum had already finished preparing lunch and dinner. At least that's what she had told me meaning Catie and Lauren were just having fun baking together. They even got along so well even more than the way Catie and I got along so I decided

to move back and let them enjoy each other's company. I settled for watching a movie in the living room and I was rather lost in it until I felt somebody hug my neck from behind and placed a kiss on my cheek. Catie was at my front which meant it was Lauren. I looked back to find her and pressed a kiss on her lips.

"Ewwwww, get a room." Catie said with a giggle and started wailing about how she was hungry.

"I have already set the table, so we are here just to get you."

Lauren said with her arms still around my neck. So I stood up after she let go of my neck and headed for the table. They had baked a

chocolate pie which we ate after finishing up the lunch my mum had prepared. Catie sat between us where she kept talking and asking questions nonstop. But Lauren always had the answers to them all. It was like I wasn't even there but she kept mentioning how Lauren and I looked cute together and asked me how I hadn't introduced her earlier.

"I would have learnt how to make a pie already." And that was why she asked that. I was happy bringing Lauren with me had made

Catie have the time of her life. After having lunch, I had to clear the table cause Catie had immediately run off dragging Lauren along

saying she had something to show her. I was now tired and sleepy since I had worked late last night to cover for today since I was going to be away, so I decided to head into my room and rest as the two cuties enjoyed their day out together.
