I couldn't believe I trusted Lauren. I loved her and she had chosen to lie to me. She had made me happy again yet it didn't even last long. I didn't want to meet Jess and Carl so I didn't go back to my apartment neither did I want to be home but it was all I had and I still needed to get Catie home. I had even forgotten she was present until I had her mention Lauren's name in her sleep as she sat in the passenger's seat. Wow. Even Catie had become so fond her meaning she was going to get hurt in the process but I just couldn't trust her again yet I didn't love seeing Catie sad. I drove her home and carried her into her room.
