CHAPTER THREE

"Ryan" Luna; his girlfriend called and rushed to him as the students trooped out of the hall

"yes" he replied as he tried looking for Hazel

"who's that girl? do you know her?" she asked as she wrapped her hands around his arm.

" no" he replied and sighted Hazel coming out of the hall.

Ryan tried to leave to meet up with Hazel but Luna pulled him with his collar and kissed him, he kissed her too, it was part of their norms while everyone swooned which made Hazel look in their direction. Ryan looked at her and pulled slightly away from the kiss but Hazel left before he could stop her, she wasn't even willing to wait.

A WEEK AFTER

Hazel stopped in front of the school's entrance and heaved a nervous and shaky sigh.

* Elite high? I already know what this place will be filled with* she thought then entered. Hazel walked straight to her class after being directed.

Hazel entered the classroom where English class was going on. She didn't want to disturb so she snuck and sat at the far back. The class continued with almost no one noticing her.

Ryan whom wasn't concentrating in class turned back as he stretched but locked eyes with her. He stopped abruptly as he felt embarrassed. The stare was long, with a passionate and peaceful aura unleashing from her mesmerizing eyes. Hazel wanted to pull away from the stare but was unable to, his eyes spoke a lot, they were filled with expressions that couldn't be put into words. He was caging her with his looks but she had to break the spell he was about to cast on her.

"and I think this is my first time seeing you" Mr Levi said as he looked at Hazel. All eyes turned to her and she broke from Ryan's stare.

"when did you come in?" he asked as he walked to her seat one at a time. Mr Levi was the youngest teacher at ELITE HIGH who is rumored to be twenty-one years of age but he claims to be twenty-three. His physiques said it all, he was most female teacher's type including students. Most female joined the dance club because he was the dance tutor.

"can we know you?" he requested and she stood up while the whole class swooned except some jealous girls including Luna.

"wow it's Hazel" Chloe thought aloud with smiles as Hazel walked to the front.

"hey dude, she's a ten" Jayden; Ryan's other friend said to him as he smiled at her back view. Ryan looked at him with jealousy and let out an insincere chuckle.

" Let's be quiet please" Mr Levi ordered and they complied, all waiting for her to talk.

"I'm Grayson Hazel and I'm from Ottawa" she introduced as claps erupted from the class.

"that's nice, go sit." Mr Levi said and left while she walked back to her seat as she met Ryan's gaze again. Luna stretched her leg on the way, trashing her to the floor. They all laughed as she groaned, holding her knee. Ryan tried to stand up but Dylan held him back.

" Luna's your babe" he said and Ryan sat back

" who does this b***h think she is?" she mocked and the whole class laughed, except some.

"you had better know what you are" Luna warned, poking Hazel's shoulder before she left with her friends.

Hazel stood up as she groaned, walking back to her seat, avoiding anyone's eyes.

Chloe stood up and went to Hazel, pulling her up with her hand.

"lunchtime" she said with a wide smile and helped her up but Hazel limped.

" don't you think you should go to the sick Bay?" Chloe suggested

"no I'm fine. thanks" she refused and appreciated.

The duo crossed paths with Chloe's friend; Zoey and Noah.

"hey guys, Hazel's gonna be joining us today" she said

"wow" they swooned after taking a proper look at her.

"Zoey here" she introduced herself with a wave and Noah introduced herself next

"nice meeting you guys" she replied and they all left to the cafeteria.

Hazel walked back to the dressing room to carry her luggages but heard someone moan

*ewe, what's happening here?* she thought as she poked her eyes into the tiny hole, the first thing she saw was Ryan's sweaty face.

*what a bastard* she thought but deep down felt down. She turned to leave but mistakenly hit the door

" who is it?! "Ryan's fierce voice erupted from inside while she stiffened at the door.
