~Vivian~ “What the hell is this?” Nathan asked, looking from me to Ian, his glare so sharp that it could probably slice us in two. I turned to him slowly, my heart beating so hard I thought it might leap right out of my chest. Nathan stood a few feet away, his hands shoved into the pockets of his suit, his posture deceptively relaxed. “I—” I stammered, feeling the blood drain from my face. My body was frozen, my mind scrambling for an explanation, a way out.
