THIRD PERSON POV. Vivian lay on the cold, hard floor, her body curled in on itself. Her arms wrapped tightly around her middle as if holding herself together was the only thing keeping her from falling apart. Her tears had long since dried, but the hollow ache in her chest remained deep and unbearable. At some point, exhaustion had pulled her into a restless sleep.
