XXIt took several days waiting for the forensic police report on the decomposed body found in the cellar of Sampieri spouses, during which the inspector Zamagni had the chance to come across with Carla Mezzogori and her husband.
When Zamagni asked how they actually felt, both responded of being quite shocked from the tragedy occurred to their nephew and from the chain of events apparently linked one with the other: the story of the boy’s father, or Carla’s brother, and the assumption that very likely the sister-in-law was found responsible for her son’s death and her husband disappearance as well as the danger she posed to Carla and her husband.
