I ran to Luka's arms and he chuckled as he spun me around. I buried my head to his chest.
"I miss you, little one." He said as he put his hand on my head.
"I miss you too and I can't believe that you're married." I said and Luka chuckled.
"It's a long story so.. let's get lunch together." He said and I nodded. I got into his car and he drove to his all time favorite restaurant.
"I asked Dean to come but he's in London."
"Dean is a busy man, Danielle. Don't disturb him and bully him." Luka said and I pouted.
"Can I get Parker's number?" I asked and Luka raised his eyebrows.
"I don't have it."
"Where is he? Why is he disappearing?" I asked curiously and Luka sipped his water.
"I don't know where he is, you know him."
"What a leader.. he's suppose to gather us all not to just disappear." I said annoyed and Luka chuckled.
"You turn into a grumpy woman, Danielle."
"I'm just tired living in the US, all by myself." I said as he stopped his car. I got out from the car and Luka handed the vallet guy his key.
"You're the one who wanted to be a racer, no one is forcing you."
"I know but still.. you all cut your connections with me."
"We all separated, Danielle. We have our own thing." Luka said and they led us into the private room. I looked at the menu and order some food.
"So.. where's your wife?"
"She's at home, why?"
"I want to see her because I doubt I will like her." I said and Luka laughed.
"You don't like our significant other as always."
"Of course, I don't trust them." I said and Luka nodded.
"I'm guessing you've been following Dean all over the place?"
"Is he really single? Or.. did he have a girlfriend before?" I asked curiously and Luka shook his head.
"He's pretty busy with work and I don't think he has the time to.. date."
"Good."
"Why? You still like him?"
"I always have him on the palm of my hands." I said confidently and Luka nodded.
"True."
"But like usual.. we only have.. you know casual sex."
"He has no interest in relationship so.. you better find someone else to settle down." Luka said and I shook my head.
"I don't mind having this.. friends with benefit kinda thing."
"Are you sure? I heard he's famous among the nurses. I know that his hospital has a lot of cute nuses too.." He said and I glared at him.
"Funny, Luka. Funny.. really."
"I know right." He said arrogantly.
"Do you love your wife?" I asked and he raised my eyebrows.
"If I don't, I won't be marrying her right?"
"I know you, you're not the type to settle down too. What makes you suddenly want to have one woman in your life?" I asked.
"What makes you think I have one woman?"
"Disgusting." I hissed and he laughed.
Dean Alessandro
"I'm currently having lunch with her." Luka said as I got into my car.
"And?"
"She called everyone to meet up in Amsterdam in 3 days, do you know about this?"
"Of course."
"You're coming?"
"I have to, I don't think I have any other choices." I sighed as I started the car.
"Okay then, see you in 3 days."

3 days later..
"Lycan!" I jumped into his arms and he spun me around.
"I miss you, Elle!" Lycan hugged me tightly.
"That's rude." I turned to Dante and gave him a hug too.
"I'm glad that you're home now." Dante said and I nodded.
"I miss you guys a lot, it's been a long time since we hung out. Where's Matteo?" I asked as I linked my arms back to Dean.
"He will come a little late." Luka said and I gestured for us to go inside. We all sat down on one table and I looked at them one by one.
"Now, tell me.. where the hell is Parker?" I asked curiously.
"He left us." Lycan said.
"Why is that? Isn't he the leader?" I hissed.
"He wanted his own space." I turned to see Matteo walking in and I squealed. Matteo opened his arms wide open and I hugged him.
"There's our princess." He said.
"I miss you the most!" I said and he cupped my face.
"You do?"
"Yeah!"
"Glad to hear that!" I held his hand and dragged him to sit down. I sat back on my chair and turned to Dean who doesn't say a word once we arrived.
"Why are you so quiet?"
"Do you know that Dean has been abandoning us for the past years?" Dante said and I raised my eyebrows.
"Why?"
"I'm a doctor. To be exact, I'm a surgeon." He said coldly as he looked straight to Dante.
"Since we're all here, shouldn't we talk about.. ILLICIT?" Lycan asked as he looked straight at me.
"Of course, we should."
"Since Parker is not here, how about we have Lycan as our leader?" Matteo suggested.
"How about Dean?" I suggested.
"Nah.. a Leader should lead and not let the other members slip away." Dante said.
"What do you think Luka?" Matteo asked Luka. I turned to Luka waiting for his answer.
"Don't ask me."
"I'm glad that you're back, little one. You're indeed the glue to our team." Lycan smirked and I nodded.
"Of course, I love each everyone of you. We should have done this years ago."
"I'm not joining." I turned to Dean disbelief.
"Why?"
"I'm busy, I don't have time for shits like this." He said coldly as he looked at us one by one. I held his hand and smiled.
"Come on, Dean. Let's do this, you know we've all been waiting for this day to come." I begged and I cupped his face.
"No, Danielle." He hissed and I raised my eyebrows.
"Ever since you left, Dean has been mean to us." I turned to Dante.
"Why?"
"You should ask him, he has new friends."
