Kaye’s Pov
“You got an umbrella with you right?”
It was raining hard then we expected. The droplets almost look like blankest- denying us access of seeing through. The sun has dispersed and it looks like its night time.
Fae links her arms around mine. I pull out the umbrella I had in my bag and her eyes lit up.
“Of course.” She takes it from me and opens it, making sure her ne arm stays liked with mine. Goosebumps travel up my body. I can hear distant honks and cars driving through but its almost deafened bu the sound of the ominous rain. She flashes it up and pulls my closer to her. “Awsome.”
We’re able to find a cab while standing there and we get in. “I didn’t think it was gonna rain today honestly. I saw the news but they’re not always accurate you know.” She tells me.
