The teacher just gave her last reminder before leaving the classroom with her files. Everyone’s packing up and getting ready for lunch. Kaye goes ahead first after Fae’s tell her she’ll be right there with her.
She watches as some girls watch Kaye leave the classroom. They have disgust written all over their faces. Fae finishes zipping up and lifts her bag. After that she drops it in the desk again, startling the girls talking crap about Kaye. She pretends she doesn’t notice and steps out of the class room.
People like them make her feel sick. They lack consideration and are delish beyond compare. Kaye wanted her never to act upon emotions since that’ll lead to things she will regret later on.
