I have never seen such an alien fruit before in my life. It’s red and has spikes sticking out. I graze my finger against it and it feels soft.
“Don’t tell me it’s your first time seeing one?” The guys beside me utters. He’s tilting his head to the side with his gaze fixated on me.
“It is.” I take a whole item and place it in the basket.
"It looks like a kiwi but it has spikes. did you say it was sweet?"
