It’s been three days exactly since we were at that camp site place. And believe it or not, we’re currently inside a patient’s room. The doctor had just stepped out after giving me my results.
Fae smiles gently as she watches the doctor leave the room. And the second he’s gone, she scowls at me. No sign of that elegant girl to be seen.
“You have a freaking hemorrhage.”
I feel like I’m gonna die just from her stare.
I scratch the side of my head and hum absently. “Yeah. What does it mean exactly?”
I know what it means but maybe title lessen her hatred for me if I pretend I don’t know anything right? That idea could work.
She rolls her eyes and strides to the little table in the room, grabbing a water bottle and opening the cap.
