Over the next few days I had been going back and forth trying to devise a plan that could fix everything. But ultimately they all ended up with me being in danger.

“Why?” Concerned creased his eyebrows.
“I need to see my parents. You know, let them know they’re going to be grandparents and introduce them to the father of my child”
