The BMA was actually founded almost a century ago by the Baldwin's ancestors. It started with a small group with their own assignments of assassination. Day by day, it upgraded into a big organization. But due to the illegality of their operations before, Johnnie Baldwin, Zero's grandfather changed it into the current BMA now.
Before, it does not have any rankings at all. They are just killing for money that made them be a quiet famous powerful group before. But, after Johnnie took the leader position or also considered as the president position, it became more stable in terms of the systematic operations. And that was the start of the three primary levels— the red, green and gold ranks.
