Cassandra POV… “Please help me,” I said firmly, dropping to my knees. Professor Susan’s expression shifted from shock to urgency as she rushed to my side and helped me back to my feet. “What happened? Talk to me, Cassandra. If you share what's going on, maybe I can assist you,” she urged, the sadness in her eyes undeniable. I took a deep breath and opened up, recounting everything that had transpired, including how I had been held against my will by Professor Marcus. I was prepared to accept the consequences of my mistakes, but the truth needed to be spoken—I wanted my freedom back. The room fell unnaturally silent as her was shocked. I waited for a response, but it felt like an eternity. “I’m truly sorry, Cassandra, for everything you’ve been through, but I can’t help you,” she said
