Capital City Seven
The gangs arrived the town area of Seven, the capital city of Velvet. The city was quite different from Green Sand. The holistic night view of the city: eye-feasting buildings, colourful lights illuminating the streets, people having swigs at the bars, funky music and women dressed in figure-hugging outfits. It makes them feel energetic with its lively surroundings and atmosphere.
The weather was cold even in the early springtime, but the avid night-lifers in Seven seemed to be using the Eli body warm-up facility (though it could only be used up to three to four hours before it recharge itself).
