I didn’t gather much for the trip. I was hoping that after I got to my safe tree, my dad would be easy to find, but Damien insisted that we at least take a back pack of supplies each for the hike. Whilst we gathered some belongings, the silence that grew between us became deafening by itself. Nevertheless, silence was easier to deal with the situation that happened in the hall.
