Cody opened the passenger door, opening it wide so I could slip out and stand up tall beside him. My 5'4 figure nothing on his 6'3, he looked down at me - it was a worried look, like I was just going to break like I was fragile glass. "I'm not going to break easily, Cody. I'm fine." I say and he nods before putting his hand on my lower back and guiding me towards the entrance. "Atlanta open the door, now," He growls and a small girl, maybe at the ripe age of 16 opened the door. Her brown hair curling around her shoulders and she looked at me with wide eyes. Cody soothed my worries by rubbing small circles on my back. "Cody..." She says, and the male beside me nodded - she sighed, covering her mouth before turning around and opening the door further. "Come on in," She says, and Cody take a step inside, I took a minute to look at the mansion that was called a house. "Aliana, let's go." Cody shouts out to me and I roll my eyes, scoffing lightly before stepping in and nodding at the brunette. She gave me a small tight lipped smile back, she looked like she was going to cry. God. "What took you so long?" Cody questioned as I caught up with him, and I glared at him tightly. "I was admiring the view," I say sarcastically and he snorts before placing his hand on my lower back again. He pushed me towards a closed door before knocking harshly on it. A small 'come in' was heard from the other side, he opened the door for me and I bit down onto my lower lip - he shook his head before walking in first. "Alec." Cody says, and the male 'Alec' looks up at us. "I found her, and I talked to the boss." He says, and I look up at him - he shook his head and I looked back at the man. He stood up, brushing his tall 6'4 figure off and stepped from behind his desk. His blue eyes instantly drew me in since they were so like mine, everyone said I had gorgeous eyes and asked whether I got them off of my mum or dad. "Cody, you may leave." Alec says, and Cody nods before placing his hand on my shoulder and squeezing. I let out a sigh, before turning to face Alec again. He circled me for a minute, like a animal circling it's prey. He then sat down on his desk and pulled something out of his drawer. "Got this from local police, matched all of our DNA." He says to me and I gnawed onto my bottom lip. "How is that possible, I was told that all my family died in an accident years ago." I say, and Alec looks at me with sad eyes. "Of course they lied, why am I honestly surprised." I grind out between my teeth as I close my eyes and clench my fists. "Easy," He says, taking the file out of my hands. "There was an accident years ago, however it was our auntie and uncle. Our parents are still alive." He says and my eyes widened. "Really?" I question and he nods. My eyes watered up, and a small smile tugged at the edges of his lips - when a loud alarm blared out around the house. "What the f**k was that?" I question, as his eyes narrowed. "Someone broke in," He muttered, rounding his desk so he was now behind it. He pulled up something on his security cameras and muttered a curse. "Ali, I need you stay in here. If they find out, I found my other sist-" He says, coming around and I rolled my eyes before cupping his cheek in my hand. "Okay," I muttered, and he sighs, closing his eyes - letting out a content sigh. "You won't loose me again, now go." I say, and he nods before walking out of the room and shutting the door and locked it - obviously trying to keep me here.
