I was home celebrating Caylan's birthday with his friends when Bai charged in looking like an angry bull.
“Bai!" Amanda screeched and her friends all looked distracted from me to Bai.
Caylan's eyes blazed as he turned to me and whispered, “Is this my birthday or Amanda's?"
He was right. Amanda had invited all her friends while Caylan had only a few of his friends over. Including Maurice Nemesio who reminded me so much of Vance's assistant Arran. He looked out of place and every time the girls screamed, his eyes popped in shock.
“Why don't we move to the pool room? This way you boys can be comfortable. Maurice looks like he is about to pass out."
