Chapter 18: His Paleness

After their class hours, Harold quietly walking through their classroom door, Francis still approached him again after answering the professor's question about Heinrich's absent days.

While they walking outside their campus, Francis noticed Harold's face that gone paled after the session that their professor always asking about Heinrich. "Are you okay, mein freund?" Francis said while he immediately holds Harold's back and arms tightly that may prevent to collapsed in the ground. While Francis holds and supports Harold's dizzy liked body moments that would like to collapse, Harold still no answer and continue to walk in distance proceed to Heinrich's dormitory but in the middle of that walking distance that almost there in the dormitory, he suddenly collapsed and Francis immediately shouting for help.

After he shouts for help, Francis immediately leaning Harold in the wall. After an minute, Franchesca is appeared from the distance and suddenly running quickly to their places and asking for help. Francis surprised that Franchesca lifts Harold too strong, "Franchesca? I know that you are change a lot..." Francis said while he almost kneal down due to Franchesca's action as she lift up Harold very tightly and proceed to his second home.

After they proceed through the front of Harold's second home. Francis immediately knocking to the door, Franchesca told him that quickly knocking and open the door because she starts shacking a little due to the fatigue while lifting Harold and walking through a distance. After Francis multiple times knocking the door, and finally open, a servants are went too busy to full cleaning the whole house, it seem difficult that they cleaning the room where Alexis stayed and end up with a large mess, even they took too long to clean it.

After they entered inside the house, Francis and Franchesca quickly running to Harold's bedroom. Finally, Franchesca puts down Harold and again, she collapsed into the bed besides Harold's faint body, Francis slowly looking at the other sides to prevent to see them in the bed. In the moment that Harold want to sleep too deep as he restores his energy for tomorrow to meet Heinrich again in the dormitory. Franchesca quickly stand up from his bed and she immediately slaps Francis in his back after that happen.

"What happen to him? Too pale like a vampire..." Franchesca suddenly asks Francis for an specific answer why Harold in too pale while walking proceed on the expected location that he met his friend and classmate Heinrich. Francis said that Harold and their professor are throwing questions and answers about Heinrich's absentism for almost one week.

In the middle of their conversation, Franchesca suddenly looking at Harold, who waked up and asks them what happened. Francis told Harold what happened last time as he suddenly collapsed due to his paleness, it seems that he don't eat his meal before the afternoon class as he and their classmates surprised that Harold stays at the classroom during lunchtime.

His eyes looking at Franchesca again in the same happening behind them earlier. When he stand up, he immediately thanked Franchesca to lift him up from the place when he faint due to his paleness. A servant serves them a plum pie with a almonds on top, with a sweet cream in the sides as a dessert, with a sweet bun for their meal.

After eating their dinner, Franchesca saying "Auf Wiedersehen! (Goodbye)" to Francis and Harold and she also remindes them to having time to eat their meal in every break time in their university and then she leave the house immediately with a joyful smile. After Franchesca leaves at Harold's second house, Harold nodded Francis and then asking about their assignments for their 5th year obligation subject, it seems that Francis went forget about doing their assignment instead of visiting Heinrich in the dormitory.

Harold decides to creating their assignments as needing a helping hand to finished earlier but it is almost there to midnight time, they doing a simple but looking nice as they effort their works even they late their sleep time. Harold said that Francis would stay at his home first due to the very late time as they noticed that almost nidnight in the corridor's clock.

While Franchesca immediately ride a carriage, she is looking at the front of the house, she noticed that it is almost midnight and the light of that room still bright since she studied in the university where Harold and Francis staying. She almost yawn and leaning her head through the carriage wall. Looks like she listening to the sound of carriage wheels that hitting the stones to rolling through the ground and going straight. She didn't worried about next day because it is their break day and she still wandering in the city of Hamburg.

In the house of Harold's uncle, they finally finished their assignment, they looking tired and saying that having their time to fix their assignment before the time of submission and they proceed as Francis sleeping to the guest room while Harold sleeping in his bedroom.
