Mike just told me that Sam had been caught. We are heading towards the area of the property that he was caught at to do a visual. Cecilia wanted us to physically see him and verify that it was indeed him. According to what I have been told her and Mike made a deal with this county to hold him on the rape and attempted murder charges until trial. Cecelia made specific instructions that unless she was personally at the jail house to have him released, they were to keep him.
