Mike’s POV The party was a huge success, and everyone really seemed to enjoy themselves. I watched how the girls were naturals in helping other people navigate already around this house that they had only lived in for a little over a week. I watched and realized they gained their natural beauty and kindness from their mother. I watched how Arnold, Cliff, and even Allison seemed to be right at home. But most of all I admired how Lisa seemed to be so comfortable here. She managed to make it around to just about everyone at the party and talk to them personally. God she was so unlike Charlene, and it was refreshing. She didn’t treat the people that worked for her with disdain like Charlene did.
