Chapter 9

“You made it.” Mom exclaimed happily. I smiled as all three children ran to her with there pictures in hand. Mom didn’t look to good and it upset me we didn’t come the last few days. We where suppose to come yesterday but I couldn’t find the guys. “I was worried I was forgotten.” “No one can forget you grandma.” Esmeralda said upset. “It was my fault mom.” I spoke gently. “Which one touched you.” She growled harshly. “Olivia.” Esmeralda spoke before I could say anything. “She caused mama to fall down the stairs.” Patric piped up. “That women, slept with Caiden once and thinks she owns the Luna position.” Mom growled harshly. “What?” I asked feeling my heart break. “This was when they where much younger. Stupid teenagers, went to a party and he got so drunk he brought her home. I was so furious with him.” Mom said but she chuckled on the next part. “Camron, I don’t know how much he drank or if he was still drunk but it’s the first time he ever yelled at his brother. I have never seen Cameron so mad before. “When they where little I took them to a fortune teller. I wanted to see what there future held. She told me that both boys would be attached to one mate but that could change depending on there life choices. It also said the would inherit the pack as Alpha. One would be more for the pack one would be more for the fun but they would equal each other out. My boys where at the age of understanding and decided they would be good. Well when Caiden did that Cameron was so upset he felt he had ruined it for him and there mate. Still to this day we cant find her.” “I’m sure we will. You got me here Luna.” I smiled happily at her. She glowed with pride. “If I may be Frank I think she is already here.” Mom said with a smile. “How many times have I told you its mom to you missy.” “Probably going to have to tell her a hundred more.” Marcus said before Mom and I began tickling him. I excused myself after a few minutes and found the doctor on. I wanted to run over a few things with him on the Lunas illness. “I see I’m interrupting?” Caiden said popping his head in. “Not at all Alpha we where just finishing up.” The doctor said smiling to me. We had been at if for half hour and I knew I had to get back. He was very insightful which helped me. I think if I could strengthen my power a bit more I could heal the Luna. This made my insides warm. “Thank you so much Dr. Mark.” I smiled as I packed up the paper and went to leave. As I made it to the door a hand snaked around my waist pulling me close to a hard body that sent tingles down my spine. I smiled knowing it was Caiden. Both him and Cameron have been very touchy in the last day or so. They say it was more of worry for me as I was there new pack member but I really think they might be my mates. I know how selfish to think as I am the bottom of the barrel in the pack and they are the top. It’s just a feeling of comfort and calm when I am around them. I don’t have to fear anything when I am close to them or in there embrace. “You have been hiding for sometime.” He huskily whispered in my ear causing my breath to hitch. “I would love to talk with you over supper tonight?” “That would be an honor Alpha.” I smiled at him as he let me go. He chuckled as he did and walked into the office. I walked back to moms room where she and the children where going over some homework. I know, the luna is sick she should be resting, but even the doctor agree that when I bring the children her health improves so much. “Moms back.” Patric exclaimed as he jumped off the bed and races over to me. I smile as I pick him up and gave him a kiss on the cheek. He squeals. “Eeww mommy germs.” “Oh is that so.” I said stopping in my tracks. He looks at me with a smirk. I just frown before I start to tickle him. He squeals as he moves his body this way and that laughing at me. I just smile as I stop and walk over to mom whom is beaming from ear to ear. “Oh my dear I cant wait to get out of this hospital room. You and I would make that pack fun again.” She exclaimed happily. “Soon Mom, we will have you back home soon.” I smiled at her knowing I was so close to healing her cancer she wouldn’t have to go through Surgery. “Sorry to break up this party but the doc needs to get in.” Cameron’s said as his head popped around the door. The doctor I was just talking to walked in. “Pish posh. He can give me another half hour with my grand babies. It’s not going to kill me.” Mom said all annoyed as the children groaned. I know how much they loved it here. Specially my boys whom have never had the love of anyone but me. They are really liking having a grandma. “You know that’s not the case mom.” Cameron sighed. “Plus we have important plans tonight that we have to go for.” “There is nothing more important then your mother.” She scowled at him as the children began to clean up. She squeals in delight all of a sudden and looks at me. “Everything alright.” I asked a little worried. “Absolutely. I demand you and the children back tomorrow same time. I will be watching my clock and if your late I will know what my naughty boys have done.” She exclaimed so happily. I was confused but figured it had to be a mind link thing. I know I could open mine but it being closed was probably the best. The boys don’t know how to use it though they are learning. We never really had the ability to as we where rouges and I was never properly made there full mother. “Mom.” Cameron whined. I looked between the two before I shrugged and helped the children. Cameron helped us into the car they gave me to drive and drove us home. He said Caiden was going to spend a bit of time with the Luna as he has been so busy lately. “Andrew.” I called out gently as we entered the house. The children raced there bags up to there room as I stood in the door. “Office.” He hollered. I just smiled as I went up the stairs to his office. So the house was huge. Five stories to be correct. The top floor was ours, and the Alpha's. The floor under us was for the Beta and the Gamma. There was enough rooms to house there children as well. The basement was the indoor gym, pool sauna and gaming room. It was huge and you could find any gaming system not to mention games to go with it. The main floor was the living room, kitchen and dining room. The floor up was the officer’s (there are three, the Alpha's, beta and Lunas), with a smaller kitchen and the theater room. “Hey are you busy?” I asked nocking gently. “Just finishing up a few emails. What’s up sis?” “Caiden wants to take me for supper tonight and I’m sure Cameron will be coming to.” I smiled gently as I stepped to be beside his desk. He looked up at me and smirked. “Could you keep an eye on the children?” “Oh it’s going to be Uncle Andy night?” He said with a chuckle. I laughed with him as I nodded. “Don’t you worry sis. I will get them to bed and everything.” “You don’t have to. I’m sure the Alphas will have me home so I can tuck them in.” I told him a little nervous. “Don’t worry sis. They are not going to kick you out of the pack or anything.” He chuckled as he grabbed my trembling hands. I looked at him and faked a small smile. “The best thing to happen to you is going to happen tonight. I can promise you that.” “That’s what I’m worried about. I don’t get good things and every day I have been here it’s been good thing after the next.” I said flopping down in one of his chairs. “Other then the issues with Olivia.” “I promise sis, you are here with your big brother. Nothing bad is ever going to happen again if I can help it. You will never live your past again.” He spoke stern. I smiled gently and nodded. “Its already changing. Not only do I have gentle Alpha's, I have a horrible Luna and a sweet one. My boys are happy and I have a little girl I now watch. And last but not least I have family in my life again.” I said as a tear escaped my eyes. Andrew jumped up and hugged me tight. “And I promise you will never leave my side again.” He said gently. “Plus my sister has to help me find my mate.” “Well of course. Cant have my brother die with a virgin heart now can I.” I chuckled before he looked at me. “Don’t you dare?” “Whatcha going to do about it?” He smirked cheekily. “I’ll call the Alphas.” I said not really sure they would help with that smirk. “I’m not afraid of them.” He chuckled before he began to tickle me. We where laughing for a good half hour before the children raced in and saved me. He was out numbered as we all tackled Andy and started tickling him.
