Kristen's POV:
In my despair, a deep and powerful sound of footsteps suddenly broke through the heavy silence in the courtroom. Everyone turned their gaze toward the door, and so did I.
A tall figure gradually came into view. It was Cassius. I widened my eyes, unable to believe what I was seeing.
I was shocked that he had shown up here.
Cassius wore a very formal black suit, and he strolled into the center of the courtroom without a hint of hesitation or fear as if he were the rightful master of this place.
