Chapter 25: Officially Yours

Danielle's POV:

It's been like a month and two weeks since I told Sky that I'd like you know him more than a friend and to tell you the truth, I'm falling for him.

He is just so sweet and caring. Whenever were at school, he would escort me to my room and on lunch, we would save me place to seat right next to him, and after school, he would take me to different places. If we were at home and if his busy, I would help him with his paper works which is actually kind of fun. If he is not busy we would hang out or have a movie marathon.

Sky asked me if I could go on a date with him and I accepted it. I look inside my closet to find the perfect dress. I want something casual, I don't want to make myself embarrass. While I was looking inside my closet someone knocked on my door so I yelled "come in." I thought it was one of the girls but to my surprise, it was Knight.

Knight sat on my bed and waited for me to sit beside him. When I sat down, I hug him so tight. I surely missed hanging out with him. I felt his arms around me and I also felt a kiss on my head.

We let go of each other, I apologize for not spending time with him and he too was sorry. "Lockette, I'm going to mark Shine." He said. Shine and Knight are mates so I think they are already a couple the moments they found out.

It was kind of fast for me. But Knight is happy and in love around her and if there is one thing I'd wish for Knight, is for him to find the right girl. "Mark." I asked him. "You know, to claim her. To tell all the guys that she is mine and to tell the girls that I'm taken." he said with a smile at his face. "Then why are you saying this to me?" I asked. "Because you’re my sister; plus, I want you to be the first person to know.” He said.

I hugged him again. I was so happy for how many years and even though he already had a girlfriend he still cares for me. He always makes sure that I'm the first one to know in everything.

"I'm happy for youuu!' I squealed tightening my hug. I let go of him and we both laughed. "So you and Sky?" he teased wiggling his eye brows.

I told him that Sky asks me out. I also told him that I'm falling for him. I don't keep secrets from him. He knows everything about me. His eyes widen when I told him how I felt about Sky. Knight told me that Sky is happy when he was with me.

I was happy when I heard that. Knight was also happy for me and he was glad that I already let go of my past, he told me that he would support me in everything I do and he will always right there for me.

We talked for minutes when he told me to get ready for my date and guess what, he was the one picked my outfit. I could say it was gorgeous, he chose a three forth sleeve floral peach dress that touches my knee so I paired my dress with a light brown high heels.

Knight left my room so I could take a shower and get myself ready. When I was done, I head downstairs where Sky was waiting for me. He look god damn hot and sexy in his outfit. We both wave goodbye to them and he escorted me to his car.

Sky parks his car in the middle of I don't know but the place was beautiful; a place where pure grass, trees, hill and flower to see and no buildings in the view. It was really beautiful.

He puts a blindfold on me and escorted me to wherever we are going. He took the blindfold off and I gasped in shocked in what I'm seeing; a picnic under a tree with a great view of the river and sunset. It was just so breathe taking. Not even words couldn't explain it. Simple but perfect and to complete the picnic, he gave me a bouquet of white roses. It was amazing.

If this is a dream, I hope I won’t wake up, it was just perfect. We both watch the sun set and before it really sets, he hold my hand and stared at me. I didn't notice it because I was too busy admiring the sunset until he called my name.

"Danielle," he said and I looked at him. That was one hell lovely voice.

"I know we are mates but I finally realize what you really meant, I realize that even though were mates, I still need to earn your trust and know you more. And, in those day in getting to know you, I felt that you’re not just my mate but someone special to me." he said, looking straight in my eyes. I was speechless, I couldn't say anything.

He continued. "I like you Danielle and I'm not saying this because you are my mate. I'm saying this because this is how I felt when I got to know you more. And, I'm sure that any guy would really fall for you. I’m hoping that you could give me a chance to enter in your life."

He like me and I was falling in love with him. No wait, I'm not falling for him; I LOVED him. I could help it but blushed and makes my eyes wide. I was about to say something when he cut me.

"I really like you. Wait no, that's not it. I don't like you; I LOVED you. I really do love you. I want you to be not just my mate but my girlfriend and I will be the happiest and the luckiest guy if you said yes." he said, full of love and happiness.

I stared him for a few minutes. I could actually tell that his afraid of being rejected, I remember how Brier felt when her mate rejected her and I don't want him to feel bad. After all, I loved him too, I'm just afraid at first but now, I can see that I can trust him with my heart.

I smiled at him nodded. "Yes!” His eyes widen "What?" He asked making sure he heard it right. "Yes! I wanted to be not just your girlfriend but as your mate as well." I smiled.

Sky lifted me up and starts spinning me around, screaming like there was no tomorrow. I on the other hand, was smiling. He puts me down and rested his forehead on mine. We stared at each. His face tells me that he wanted to kiss me so I smile for approval. He gave me a peck but I know he wanted more.

Again, I smiled. He wrapped his arms around my waist while I wrapped mine around his neck; he leans down and once his lips connect on mine, I felt some sparks. He deepens the kiss like his life depends on it. He kiss were amazing. He kept on kissing and I was kissing him back. He wanted to have an access but I denied it. I heard a growl that moment but I know he'll understand me.

We parted from each other but his arms are still around my waist while I rested my head on his chest. I could hear his heartbeat pumping really fast. I wrapped my arm around his waist feeling the warmth of his body. "Danielle," He said.

"Hmm," I replied without moving. "I'm the happiest and luckiest guy right now" he said as I chuckled from that comment and I kind of blushed.

"Sky," I said. "Hmm," he replied.

"I love you too." I whispered. I know he heard because his heart began to beat faster than before. It was the greatest day of my life. We almost forgot about the picnic. We enjoy our picnic and just take some picture. Today was just so amazing, I texted Knight for an update. I also told him not to tell to anyone because I want to tell them myself.

Sky and I took some picture; actually I took his phone and a capture a photo of us. It was so cute; he made it his screen saver. The picture captures me kissing his cheek while his looking at the camera smiling. We also did the same thing on my phone but this time, he was the one kissing my cheeks while I looked at the camera smiling.

After the picnic we went home, on our way I told Sky that I wasn't ready sharing on the same bed with him. He look sad but he told me that he understands my decision since he was the one said that we would take it slowly.

Before we went inside, I told Sky to send them the pictures to surprise them we both choose the picture of our screen saver and send it to Shine, Knight, Darylle, Xaria, Trevor, Kyle and Jaden.

As we step inside the house, we heard some screaming and some clapping approaching us. Shine and Xaria gave me a squeeze while the guys just said congratulation except for Knight. He hugged me with all his might and kissed my forehead.

"Hey Sky," he said facing him and wraps his arm around me pulling me closer. Sky didn't say anything, he just looked at Knight. It was pure silence in the room. "Lockette means a lot to me. Take good for of her." He said reaching his hand out.

Sky reaches his hand and shakes it, "I would never ever hurt her.” Everyone scream like there was no tomorrow.

"PARTY TIME” They yelled.

If they say party; they really meant party. I saw some of the pack members. I believe they are like two thousand or more, oh yeah, they called me Luna. What the hell is a Luna?

I asked Sky why they kept calling me Luna. It sounded awkward. He told me that since I'm his mate and he is the Alpha that makes me the Luna. Let's just say, I'm still not into this Luna thing I guess.

Every time they called me Luna, I kept telling them to not call me Luna. It still gives me awkward vibes. Everyone was playing, drinking, dancing; in short they are having fun. I'm not actually a party harder type so; I decided to have some fresh air. I sat in the patio enjoying the breeze. I was enjoying the air when I notice a human figure. I really couldn't see since it was really dark but I can feel that he is staring at me. I was about to stand up but it just ran away so fast.

I was a little confused and scared at the same. Suddenly, I felt something warm wrap around my waist and a kiss on my crock of my neck. "What's my beautiful mate doing outside? He whispered on my ear. Shiver just ran down through my spines and some tingles. I can't really explain it but I love the feeling.

"Sky can we just keep the mate and Luna to the pack to us. I mean, the other pack must no know it." I plead, facing him. He groaned in frustration. I know that he wanted to tell every pack about me and I also wanted to tell everyone that his mine and I'm his but I felt that someone’s watching and knowing every single things I do.

I wrapped my arms around his waist and lay my head on his hard core chest. "I'm sorry. It's just that, I feel something won't go well if they found out". I said. He lifts my chin up and kisses me which made me kissed him back. "I will do anything just to protect you. If you want to keep it a secret then you have my promise." he said pulling away from my lips.

"If people ask just say I'm your girlfriend." I chuckled. He smiled at me "You're not just my mate but my girlfriend as well" he said. I love the feeling every time he called me girlfriend. I'm just so happy. We both went inside and enjoy the whole night.

It was one of the best days of my life and I hope it would stay like this forever.
