The air felt charged, almost electric, and I could sense something ancient and powerful lurking just beneath the surface of the earth. Kieran walked beside me, his body tense and alert, ready to react at a moment's notice. “Aylin,” he said quietly, glancing at me, “are you sure about this cave? We don’t know what’s inside, and I’d rather not stumble into another ambush.” I hesitated, the weight of his words settling over me. “I can feel it,” I replied, my voice steady. “There’s something calling to me from within. I can’t explain it, but I need to see what’s there.” He nodded slowly, though I could see the worry etched on his face. “Alright. But we stick together. No splitting up, understood?”
