Chapter 19

Zyaria's POV I can’t believe the s**t that has been happening lately. I just want my baby back. I swear to god if they've touched one hair on my son's head, I'll kill every last one of those bitches. This whole dad situation is just ridiculous. I can't believe he's been alive this whole time. What kind of s**t is this? JaMarion, Uncle Hakeem and I grabbed our guns and headed inside the house. When they kicked open the door my bodies laid in different directions. Damn dad is still good. We headed upstairs after hearing a couple of gun shots. Dad was just shooting two men when someone tried to sneak up on him. I pulled my trigger quickly. My dad turned around quickly and smiled at me. I smiled back and then headed towards him. "So, I took out everyone on both floors. All we need to do is get JaMar and Naomi out of here." He sighed then took a deep breath. "Hakeem before we walk in this room, I want you brace yourself." Uncle Hakeem tensed. "What's wro---its Naomi..." He rushed pass us pushing dad to the side and ran in the room. "f**k!!" We heard a yell. We rushed in the room and I gasped. Welps went in different directions all across Naomi's back. They were wide cuts that looked like they had been bleeding for a while. She hung loosely from the chains. Uncle Hakeem looked like the devil reborn. Then I saw my baby. I ran to him and picked him up and cuddled him. I kissed his little face everywhere and he giggled and pushed my mouth away. "Mommy I’m okay." My eyes watered. "They didn't touch you baby." He shook his head. "They hurt Ms. Naomi mommy. She needs help." I nodded to him and saw Uncle Hakeem taking her out of the chains. He checked her pulse and slowly breathed a sigh of relief, "She's alive but she's barely holding on." Me all made sure everything was clear before heading out to the car. Uncle Hakeem laid Naomi out across the backseat as we loaded into the car and dad got on his motorcycle. Uncle Hakeem closed the door which confused me. "What are you doing?" "There's something I have to do I'll meet you guys at the hospital. " I started to argue but the look in his eyes had me stopping myself. He was hurt and very angry from the fiery look in his eyes. I nodded and pulled off quickly to get Naomi to the hospital. I hope she makes it or someone is going to feel the deadly wrath of Uncle Hakeem. Rodrick's POV I looked at my brother's defeated expression. "Are you sure about this Hakeem?" He nodded slowly. "I’m very sure. That woman I’ve come to realize is the love of my life. After Jada I didn't know if I could do it anymore but I got a second chance. He almost took that second chance from me. I want him for myself. What if I had lost her? What would I do with myself?" I sighed. "My men should be here in the next ten minutes to retrieve you. Do what you have to then get out of here. " Just as I said that Tristan's car started coming down the road. I grabbed my gun and gave it to Hakeem. "Be careful and come back to her Keem." He nodded and hopped through the side window. I drove my motorcycle down the back road of the house headed to the hospital. Thinking about the fact that I left my brother behind. This does not feel right. Hakeem's POV I ran up the stairs of the raggedy house and went inside the room that they kept JaMar and Naomi in. I knew Tristan would probably come up to inspect the damage. Sooner than later there were footsteps coming towards the room. I got in the corner across from the door and as the door open, I aimed my gun downward and fired. There was a grunt and a hiss a pain. I walked quickly towards the door and snatched up the man that was hunched over because I shot his kneecaps. I glared. This was NOT Tristan. He must be one of his little goons. He can tell me where the son of a b***h is. I dragged him into the room and threw him on the floor. I kicked him in the stomach. "Where is Tristan?" He grunted but didn’t answer. I guess we're doing this the hard way. I picked him up and put him in the chains that Naomi were in. I grimaced at the thought. I need to hurry up and get this over with. He looked at me with intense black eyes that held fear and determination. "So, I’m guessing you're going to ignore my question." He just stared at me with a bored expression. Well okay then. I fired into his other kneecap and he cried out. His eyes sparkled with unshed tears but I didn't give a f**k. This little b***h would give up eventually. I kicked the first kneecap that I shot. He glared and bit his lip to keep from screaming. I pulled out my favorite knife. It was razor sharp with little specks of spikes on the tip. I saw his widen for a quick second. "Are you ready to talk now?" I nodded and cut open his shirt when he didn’t answer. His breathing sped up rapidly but I was enjoying slowly killing him. I sliced not so deeply but enough to pierce the skin right down the middle of his chest. Blood started to run rapidly. I was so focused I didn't hear someone walk in the room. "What a show we have here?" Before I could fire my gun, a fiery passion ran through my side. I fell to the floor and my knife dropped from my hands. My blood spilled over as I tried to put pressure on the wound. Black boots walked in front of my blurring vision. There was a deep menacing chuckle. "Who would have thought? Me. Tristan Johnson would take down the second strongest drug lord in the country. It would have been better if Rodrick was in your place but oh well. I’ll take what I can get. " His boot connected with my face before everything went dark. I love you Naomi.
