CHAPTER SEVEN RHYS GLANCED UP FROM the book he wasn't reading to check on Finn, who shivered beside him despite being nestled in the warmth of the small bookshop. Before leaving the forge, she'd layered herself in wool pants in a vivid plaid, a long turtleneck that fit snug against her neck to hide her unusual tattoos, and a puffy parka with a hood trimmed in fuchsia faux fur.
