But she got into a fight with Yaroslava, and then your mate ran away. I think she was afraid of punishment. Mac already told us why Davina died. He also suggested that Yaroslava had a sudden Alpha power surge. This power caused the death of your ex-lover.”
The reminder of Davina's status made me cringe.
