When we got back to the castle, the first thing we did was to go to Mac's lab. He had to find out something about Yaroslava's mother.
“Make yourselves comfortable, lost ones,” the scientist chuckled and watched as we froze in anticipation at the door.
I took my favorite by the arm and sat us down on the couch, putting my arm around her shoulders. I looked at my friend, wondering what he was going to tell us.
