"Okay, no problem, some other time..." He whispered.

At the same time, Cara came out of the building.

'That damn girl is playing games with both of them and they both are dancing on her fingers...' Cara stumped bet foot. She came towards Kevin.

"I am going to the club. If you want to come, then let's go." Cara said ignoring Lisa. Cara knew Kevin's intention. But now she wanted to use it for her purpose."After three days"

A lot has changed in Lisa's life. Lisa was lying on the bed in her room, Lisa was looking at the ceiling and thinking how much has changed in a few days.

While she did not have money for her mother's treatment, today she could have treated her mother in the biggest hospital if she wanted. Lisa was happy to think that now the problems are getting solved and her life is getting better. Relief washed over her body. As Lisa was thinking about Kevin, she found a good friend in Kevin. Lisa was thinking that if Anna hadn't told her about the project, she wouldn't be where she is today. She started to smile, Lisa was starting to like Zack, she was happy with her luck and thought that maybe Zack is the man she was waiting for all her life.

The next morning when Lisa woke up, her phone hinged with notifications. There was a message from Zack on the phone which was something like this...

"Hi, Lisa, It's Zack. Hope you are well. Lisa, I have planned a little coffee date today, just you and me. I hope you remember that cup of coffee. I'll be waiting for you!" Under the message, there was an address.

Lisa was delighted to see this and wrote back to Zack.

"I'm glad Zack you remembered me and wrote this meeting for me. See you soon." Zack was happy to find her response and read Lisa's message laying on his bed.

Lisa got up and went to get ready in excitement. Zack also thought that he should get ready. Zack was about to get up from his bed when Cara suddenly came into his room.

Cara saw Zack without a shirt, and Cara's intentions started to erode. She came near Zack.

"Hey, darling, we have to go to a meeting today." She said fluttering. Zack grabbed Cara by the waist and pulled her to him, running his thumb over Cara's lips.

"Yes, you have to go to this meeting alone," Zack said. Hearing this, Cara backed away.

"But, why only me? Where are you going?" Cara asked and raised her eyebrow in question.

Zack moved away from Cara and then let her out of his grip.

"I have a very important meeting today for which I have to leave early." He didn't elaborate.

"What is this meeting of yours that I don't know about?"

Cara came near and then asked in doubt. Zack grabbed Cara by her hand and pulled her towards him and said.

"Cara, I don't have to give you any explanation. And I don't want to lie. So, don't ask..." Zack went to the bathroom to freshen up. Zack left his phone on the bed.

It was unlocked and Zack and Lisa's conversation was open. Cara picked up the phone and saw what meeting Zack was going to, she knew what to do.

Cara left there and went straight to the office. Cara was very angry and thought that if she didn't do what she thought, she will lose Zack forever.

Cara picked up her phone and dialled Kevin.

"Who am I talking to?" Kevin said. He was still not fully conscious and hung up on hearing Cara's voice. Cara slammed her phone on the table in anger. But she has to do it, Cara took another deep breath and called Kevin again. Kevin did not pick up Cara's phone after calling four times. Cara was thinking that if Zack and Lisa meet, everything will be out of her hands.

Kevin woke up, he saw that he has received many calls from Cara.

Kevin sat up and started to do his hair, leaned against the bed and called Cara.

"What happened to you? So many calls? You know I wake up late. Now tell me, what's the matter?" Kevin asked.

"Have you broken up with Zack? Don't worry it is not over yet, I am here..." Kevin never misses an opportunity to tease Cara. "Shut up and stop your nonsense." She shouted.

Kevin thought why is she so angry?

"Listen to me carefully. I have found out something that will hurt both of us." Cara said.

"Yes, everything is fine, isn't it?" Kevin was surprised to hear what Cara said.

"All is not well, Zack has called Lisa for coffee. Today, I saw the messages on Zack's phone. You know if they both will meet up and get along. We both will lose our opportunities." Cara explained what was going on...

"Now, do something and stop Zack from going on this date with her..." Cara said.

Hearing this from Cara, Kevin got angry and started asking Cara where are they both going to meet up. Cara takes advantage of Kevin's anger and revealed her plan to Kevin. And a smirk came upon Kevin's face.

"Don't you be worried? I will handle it all..." He said Kevin didn't hear anymore, he ended the call.

There in the restaurant Zack was waiting for Lisa. And was looking at his wristwatch again and again. Meanwhile, Zack saw Lisa coming in from the front door. Zack stood up with a bright smile on his face. Cara came towards him with her beautiful smile. He kept looking at Lisa. Lisa was looking very beautiful in a black dress. Zack handed Lisa a rose and pulls back a chair at the table so she can sit down.

'He is a gentleman!' Cara thought and smiled.

"Thank you, Zach!" Lisa said.

"Lisa, how are you? I hope you have no trouble finding this place." Zack said.

"No, Zack, I'm fine."She blushed.

"Zack?" She called him and looked towards him.

Lisa looked at Zack and found his eyes on her face. Zack smiled.

"Yes, Lisa, what's the matter?" Lisa had to thank Zach for changing so much in her life. Lisa was about to start the conversation when Zack got a call from Cara.

"Zack, where are you?" Kara was very nervous and sounded scared.

"Cara, what's the matter, why are you so worried?" Zack asked in worry. Lisa was also surprised to hear this.

"Cara, tell me what happened?" He questioned.

"Zack, wherever you are, rush to Kevin's house right now..." Cara said.

"What's going on, Cara?" Zack started asking Cara.

"Kevin, he is not well... Please go and see him. I am also rushing to his house." Cara cried.

"I am going, don't worry, I will be there," Zach said and hung up the phone. He got up from his chair.

"What's up Zack"? Lisa asked Zack.

"Lisa, I'm sorry I have to go take care." He rushed out of the restaurant.

Zack left in a hurry. After a while, Zack and Cara arrived at Kevin's house. When they went inside Kevin's room, they were shocked to see... Kevin was lying unconscious on his bed covered in blood. Nothing in Kevin's room was in its place. Zack's brain wasn't working. The state in which he saw Kevin blew Zack's senses. All Cara knew was that Kevin had done what he planned. Cara was just pretending to be by Zack's side and that she was worried about Kevin.

"What is it? Why did be do that?" Zack was trying to bring Kevin to his senses by hugging him. Cara called the doctor and asked him to come to Kevin's house. Zack laid Kevin on the bed and fixed the fallen things in his room. The glass was shattered everywhere and the room smelled of alcohol and drugs.

Meanwhile, the doctor came and checked Kevin. Kevin had stabbed himself with a blade. Along with being an addict, Kevin was also a very emotional person who could not live without getting anything once he liked it.

And unfortunately, Lisa was one of those things... After dressing Kevin, the doctor said to Zack.

"I am warning you once again that if Kevin stays in this condition, he will die someday." Zack was in deep pain and worry for Kevin. He thanked Dr, and then Zack sat next to Kevin. Kevin and Zack's friendship was a strong one. But Kevin always had to outwork Zack.

Zack needed no introduction. Zack was a man who was always ahead in his career. Kevin could not bear this. He started getting jealous of Zack. He doesn't like it when Zack becomes everyone's priority and they left him behind. But this time he will not Zack get what he wants... Lisa is his girl and at any cost. He will not let Lisa leave him behind and chose Zack. Kevin's jealousy is now converting in hate and he will go to any extent to go ahead of Zack.

And Zack was a loyal friend of Kevin. He loved Zack so much! And treat him like a brother... He was so worried for Zack. Kevin was still unconscious. Zack suddenly wondered how Cara knew Kevin was in such a state.
