Susan let out a scream of horror as she saw her beloveds' head dripping with blood. She immediately fell to the ground and started crying profusely.
Sergio angel alongside Tina Gyang hung their heads in disappointment. Antonio de Castillo who was their only hope was dead, which meant they were useless to Lord Murillo and he would probably order for them to be killed.
Lord Murillo had a wide grin of satisfaction on his face as he stared directly at Susan. After a few moments, he closed the box and motioned for Julio to carry the box and dispose of the head.
As Julio was about to exit the door he called out to him and asked "What did you do with the body?" Julio turned around and said, "I burnt it". "Burnt it?" Lord Murillo asked.
"Yes I burnt it. I sent it to burn in the fires of Tenerife". he proudly said, knowing that would please the Baron General. "Now I understand!" A satisfied-looking Lord Murillo replied.
"You may now take your leave". He said to Julio.
The remaining three prisoners in the room were ushered back to their various rooms where they were being held and chained.
But before they exited the Baron Generals' chamber, Tina Gyang was able to steal a ballpoint pen, which she hid in her trouser.
Immediately they were locked back in their rooms Tina Gyang began to work on unlocking the chains.
Susan was distraught. She wouldn't eat or drink anything for days. "How am I going to survive without you, Antonio?" She thought to herself as she cried in her chambers. "They have stolen you from me!" She said and then she vowed to avenge the death of her lover even if it meant he losing her own life!
Meanwhile, Julio paid a surprise visit to Sergio Angel and Tina Gyangs' room where they were being held.
Immediately he entered Sergio Angel struggled to get up and attack him but was restricted by the chains.
"You must have some nerve showing your face here!" Sergio Angel angrily blurted out at him.
"There's no need for all this aggressive attitude Sergio. I just came to pay a friendly visit to my cohorts". he mocked them.
" I promise, you will regret this!" Sergio Angel said. "I swear on my life!" he continued.
"Oh! No need to make empty threats, you're in no position to make threats so I advise that you watch your words carefully!" Julio sharply replied
"Why did you betray us?" Tina Gyang asked, "You brought me into the scheme of yours and left me hanging, what wrong have I done to you that you will set me up for this like this?"
"Well, I had to protect myself first". Julio said, "I had to do what was right for me first before thinking of anyone". He said with a defiant look.
"Well, I came here for something important. I have an information for you". Julio said.
"What would your information or whatever you have to say benefit us right now? Sergio Angel sharply replied.
"Oh! You will you would love to hear what I'm about to say!" Julio said.
"Then just say it, and stop messing about!" Tina Gyang said out of frustration.
"I have a message from Antonio de Castillo!" Julio suddenly said.
" Antonio de Castillo?" Tina Gyang asked, looking visibly confused. "But you killed him! So how can Antonio De Castillo still be alive? Tina Gyang asked.
"I never said he was alive, I only said he has a message for you..." Julio said and then there was a knock on the door.
