He was right. I did need the energy, and not for what you're thinking. William and I spent the rest of the day resting and the next day, we showered, got dressed, and walked us to the Dean's office where Bri and Philip were waiting. My body was still hurting, the bruises on my face and hips seeming worse than when I got them. The cut on my cheek was starting to scab and don't even get me started about my back. The Administration building was huge and cast a shadow across most of the main quad of the campus. William squeezes my hand in his and looks at me. "Are you okay?" He asks.
