Twenty-Four Back against the wall, Andy fought to keep his expression blank as he stood beside Lieutenant Carstairs. Lieutenant Anderson was on the other side of the room, along with Captain Murphy and Major Templeton. Ten of their people were now locked up in the holding cells, and Andy itched to put into action the plan Geoff had come up with to break Jackson out. But they didn’t have the numbers yet, and couldn’t make it look too obvious that they were stocking the holding cells with some of their best soldiers. With the rate the major and his squad of investigators were churning through them, soon they’d have the numbers they needed and could finally get out of there and find the others.
