Twenty-Six It took every ounce of courage Hannah possessed to force herself to take that first step inside the main building. When she’d been chained to the wall beside Justice, she’d been convinced she was soon going to die. Or worse, be locked away in a brothel for the amusement of Cole Dillon and his friends. Against all odds, Jackson and the others had freed them. But that didn’t make it any easier to banish the memories of that terrible time. It must be ten times worse for Justice. She had died here. A quick glance revealed her friend was showing no sign she was affected by bad memories, so Hannah lifted her chin and looked around her with forced enthusiasm.
