"I can't believe how big that tree is," Desirae said as we sat on the couch and stared at our Christmas tree.
"Me either," I said, looking at the 9ft tree. "It's going to take us forever to put these decorations up once Christmas is over," I added.
"Then we still have to unpack our boxes and suitcases," she said, looking at our boxes aligning the wall.
I sighed as I looked around our house. Yes, house! Chance decided to go out and purchase us a 5 bedroom and 3 1/2 bathroom house.
I didn't want to accept it at first, but he insisted on gifting me with it. He claims it's my push gift and that it's to make up for the lost time.
