POV: Millie's Wolf I shake out my fur and scramble to stand on shaky paws. The ground is cold under me, alive with a thousand smells I'm only starting to sort out. My human is in here with me, part of me now, pounding at the walls of our shared mind. She's scared of everything she doesn't understand yet, every instinct that feels foreign to her, every hunger that isn't hers alone. She wants control of this body.
