I was also training with the rest of them when I saw Luna and Kayla. They started out training, but Luna got mad. “Ladies and Gentlemen, I asked you here today because we have a rat. Several of them betrayed the kingdom and now are being stalked as I talk to you. Once they are found out, the guards will bring them up to the steps. Then you will decide what to do with them. They have let the enemy take your money and take your food. And break the barriers so the rogues could come and try and hurt you. If you leave it up to me. I'll make them live their life in the dungeon. Everyone was cussing and upset. How dare someone do this to them? They have done nothing wrong to anyone. All they wanted was to live in peace. When I got to the fourth line, I caught the scent of two right away, i motioned to the guards. When I touched their shoulders, the guards grabbed them and walked them to the steps. I went from line to line, and I found the other two standing side by side holding hands, I touched their shoulders, and the guards grabbed them, taking them up front. Then something caught my eye. A guard, a big guard with long brown hair. He was looking at Goldie. I chuckled and walked over to him and said.

“If you don't go to her now, she will be gone tomorrow now, go.” He looked down at me sighing,

“I just don't know if she will accept me.”

“She will trust her, and she will.” Nodding, he hurries over to her, touching her hand. She looked over at him, her eyes wide.

I was standing by Mercury and Cheyenne when I smelled my second chance, mate. I didn't think I had one. I searched all over for him, and he was right here. I didn't know where he was at, but I knew he was here. I wasn't even sure if I was ready to meet him. I was listening to Lucas when I felt someone touch my hand. I felt the sparks of the mate bond going up my arm, losing over at the one that touched my hand. I was shocked he was a royal guard. When he asked if we could talk I told Mercury and the others I would be right back.
