{Max’s POV}
“Alpha,” Luca bowed before looking up at me. “The Alpha of the Titan Pack has arrived and also the woman from the Rouanet Manor have entered our borderline and will be staying with her cousin in Asher’s old house.” A tired sigh escapes my lips as I continue to swirl a ballpen between my index and middle finger. This emergency gathering has been tiring and stressful for me. I don’t even understand why we need to do this nonsense.
“Assist the Alpha of the Titan Pack and let Miles do the same thing to that woman- wait, who is the woman again?”
“She was from the Rouanet Manor and I think it’s her mother who gave you the money to let her stay in one of the houses here.” He answered gruffly and I tried so hard not to roll my eyes.
Luca was not the same beta I know two years ago.
