“You’re not coming with me?” I asked even though I already know the answer.
Rae shook her head. “No. I’m staying here, but you can take her with you.” She pointed at Klepto who was already standing beside her in a second while looking very eager.
“No way.” I shook my head. “I won’t take her with me. I don’t even know her.”
“Hah! She’s just kidding.” Klepto suddenly steps in while looking at Rae convincingly. “She had My already given me a nickname. I’m Buttercup, right? So, yes,we know each other very well. I had also given her a nickname. We’re best of friend, so yes Ms. Rae, I am coming with her.”
