Daniel Daniel is tense as he flits about the kitchen preparing dinner. He’s got acorn squash in the oven soaked in butter and brown sugar, and a parsnip and carrot mash on the stove. The ribeye steaks have been marinating all day and are waiting to go on the barbecue.
