Auria felt everything in her rotate.
The Master was calling for her? While Zack was there?
What the heck?
Mira turned to glance at her, then turned back to the boys.
"Alright", she responded and walked back to the room.
"Come on, Auria. We need to go" she said, but Auria felt her buttocks were stuck to the bed as she couldn't move.
The Master was calling for her - two people she was scared of at the moment and didn't want to see. What would she do?
"Auria!" Mira called again, a little surprised.
Auria gulped nervously and asked: "C...Can it be postponed? I feel a little tired".
Mira quickly glanced at the door to be sure the guards didn't hear that.
"Are you okay?" She whispered huskily to Auria. You expect the Master to wait for you? Do you suddenly wish for death?"
Auria bent her head like a child being scolded.
To Mira - she felt she was only scared and shy to face Kael. She had no idea there was something more....
Taking another gulp, Auria forced herself out of the bed, her entire being shaking.
She couldn't face him - she couldn't even the of it. But what was she to do?
With her sister, they walked out of the room and followed the boys.
Mira could notice how nervous her sister was, but she knew talking and asking her about it wasn't going to yield any results. So, she just let her be.
Along the way, Auria thought of a plan - a way she could delay the meeting.
Mira and the guards stopped walking when they heard her grunt, her hands on her tummy as she fell on her knees.
"Ah!" She yelped, holding her tummy tight.
"Auria!" Mira flinched and held her. Blood oozed from her nostrils.
"What's wrong? What's happening?"
Auria couldnt say a word as she just continued grunting and bleeding and the guards stared at each other in surprise.
"You should take her to the room and attend to her. I'll let the Master know about this" One of them said to Mira and walked away, while the other two remained watching.
Auria made the condition becomes worst as she started speaking meaningless words, bleeding and grunting loudly.
"Auria" mira shrieked and helped her up from the floor, wrapping her hands around the shoulder so her weight rests on her.
"Come on' she urged and started leaping with her, taking her back to the room.
"Water.....I need water." Auria groaned as Mira helped her sit on the bed.
Mira opened the bottle of water on the tray and gave it to her.
"You'll be fine,,okay?" She touched her forehead and Auria just nodded pathetically.
After that, she laid on the bed and forced herself to sleep as Mira cleaned off her bloodstains.
She couldn't sleep for long since she had been sleeping all day already. And by the time she was awake, she found Mira on the bed.
"Hey" Mira cooed and touched her hand.
"How're you feeling now? Are you alright?"
Auria sat up and nodded.
"Is the....Master mad at me?" She asked.
"No. But he demands your presence as soon as you're awake. Come on, we need to go now". mica replied and stood up, but Auria still hesitated.
"Is he....with anyone? A visitor?" She asked, her voice sounding timid and when Mira replied: "no", she took in a deep breath and left the bed.
They left the bed and on their way, Auria was so grateful their little plan had worked. She couldn't imagine what would've happened if Zack had seen her.
They finally got to the door of Khalid's second room and the guards opened it, giving them passage into the room.
Auria felt her legs wobble as she spotted the Master - pouring himself a drink from the table.
Some boys were there with him, and Becca too.
Kael turned to spare them a glance as they walked in, then took his eyes back to his drink.
"Good evening, Master" Mira greeted with a bow, but Auria only bowed her head but didn't say a word.
She actually wished there was a way she could just run away - run far away.
Standing in front of the same guy that had used her brutally the previous night, made her so scared - so damn scared and nervous.
"What happened to her?" Kael asked, his eyes on Mira as he walked to take a seat beside Becca.
"She just had a little fever, Master. I don't really know what happened, but she's fine now" she replied smoothly.
Kael made a guttural sound and drank from his glass.
"Auria" he almost called her name in a mumble, but she answered anyway.
"Y...Yes, Master" her voice was thin.
As he spoke, his cold voice seemed to send shivers down her spine, making her recall how he had touched her the previous night.
"Normally, I should kill you because you failed the first test yesterday. But somehow, I feel like giving you another chance.
"Your training begins tomorrow and if you fail anymore tests, trust me, I'll kill you.
"Moscow will be your trainer and I'll get all the feedback I need from him. If he gives me a bad report about you, I'll kill you. So, make sure you work perfectly with him.
"He'll teach you the basic things you need to know, assign you on little missions which you must pass every one of them. You're to obey him and do whatever he says because he's your trainer.
"When you've completed your training, and I'm satisfied, then I'll make you a member of the clan. Do you understand?" He concluded with an icy tone and Auria nodded slowly.
"Yes. master", she added almost immediately.
What? Moscow?
Mira was spiteful. Why did it have to be him?
Her eyes searched for him and found him among the boys in the room. There was an evil smirk on his face.
Damn it! Why did he have to be chosen as Auria's trainer???
Gosh!! That was not good; not good at all.
She knew there was going to be a serious problem.
"Well, that's all for now. You can leave" Kael said dismissively and while Mica thanked him, Auria just bowed and turned around.
They left the room together.
"Moscow....isn't he the same guy that had come to the room yesterday morning?" Auria asked as they walked along.
"Yes, he is" Mira answered spitefully, her hands fisted beside her
Octavia kept her mouth shut, imagining her sister's thoughts. It appeared he was going to be a problem for her.
"How long would the training last?" She asked after a while.
"Don't know. Mine was a little long - took some weeks. But if you're able to please the Master faster, he might shorten it for you" She replied and Auria nodded in understanding.
She felt that wasn't an option cause the Master couldn't be pleased. Obviously not - not with that cold face of his.
"Um..Mica" she stopped walking and Mica did same.
"The pills...did you get them?"
Mira itched her brows.
"Sorry,,it slipped my mind. I didn't. But I'll be going our tomorrow and will try to get them on my way back. Okay?"
Auria was a little uncomfortable about it, but having no choice, she just nodded anyway.
"Come on, let's go" mica said and they continued walking..
