Tension and the silence in the car were killing me. Damon was driving like a madman making me scared for both of our lives. “Damon, stop the damn car!” I yelled at him but he was deaf to my words.
“Damon, pull over this instant,” I yelled at him again. I was done with his attitude. How dare he treat me like this! Pulling out my cell phone from my bag I decided to ring up Nathaniel.
Damon's eyes were on the road, fortunately, Nathaniel picked up the call on the second ring. “Evans! Long time no see!” He greeted me cheerfully.
