In the morning I found myself back in my apartment, in my bedroom. Removing the blanket I found myself in Damon’s clothes. When did he bring me back? Did I pass out last night? I can remember our steamy night but then what happened? Why and when did he bring me back home? Is he here?
I walked to the bathroom and then to the living room but there was no trace of him. He is not here. I found my clutch and apartment keys on the coffee table. I ran my hand through my hair in frustration. Did he truly just leave me, after what we had done last night?
