After having breakfast I decided to address the tension in the room. “So, boyfriend this is Nathaniel and Nathaniel this is my boyfriend, Damon Jax,” I said in a chirpy tone. “I thought to introduce you both to each other as we’re starting once over again.” I faked a laugh and rolled my eyes but the two didn’t find it funny.
“A friend?” Damon asked and I nodded. “Who has keys to your apartment?” Damon asked and I nodded once again.
“Why do I think that he doesn’t trust you, Evans? Are you sure you want to get back together with him?” Nathaniel asked and gave Damon a sharp look.
