“it’s because of you, you f*****g idiot.” I march for Monica’s father, pressing him against the wall. His eyes turned big, I don’t think he ever thought I would do that.
“Griffin stops it, it’s not my father’s fault, it’s yours. You should’ve never bring her back.” Monica yells, I know she is right, I should’ve left her where she was safe. Dawn breaks through my office doors.
“ Griffin!” She yells, my hands still on Marvin’s throat.
“the drug dealer is out of prison.”
My throat closed down, my heart started racing. All the memories of Jocelyn came rushing back.
I look at Marvin, panicked in front of me. His fingers are running through his hair and pacing back and forth.
“you f*****g knew he got released, didn’t you.?” My head is pounding with all the anger inside
