Lily’s POV –
I was restless, I tossed and turned in my bed. My wolf was trying to calm me but I sensed her uneasiness also. I tried to set myself into a dream of happy times, times with Nile. I spoke to him in my dreams and longed for sleep so I could find him.
A soft beam of light creps over my bed as my door slowly opened, I thought it was probable Anna. She must have felt even worse than I felt, she had the same worry but the fear of loosing Marcus was greater than loosing a Son. He was her mate and held all the joy of her future in his survival.
I caught a scent which was not Anna, It was revolting. Death and decay filled my nostrils, it was suffocating. I turned quickly and sat up. Before me stood a man, a filthy bearded rogue.
