/Ethan's POV/
I left to see dad after my conversation with Eric, which actually put me in a foul mood.
"Ethan's awake" I told Emily and her eyes lit up with extreme excitement that she almost couldn't hide.
I also walked up to the old man while he was talking to his circle of friends and whispered the same thing. For the first five seconds, there was no reaction from him, finally there was relief spreading vast across his face. I walked back to Emily afterwards to join her.
"Go get him prepared, I'll take it from here" I assured and she nodded before sprinting off while trying not to trip on her long yellow gown by raising it up as she ran. Seriously? She can just take it easy, I mean Eric's not going anywhere.
