Ever since we left the luncheonette, my heart has been beating ever so rapidly in my chest and the kiss, oh God, that was the best I've had in a couple of years.
I can't stop my heart from pounding so loud into my ears, Oh God, this is bad, I thought staying quiet as we drove down the highway to Lily’s clothes store, which of course was one of the biggest in town.
