I was moving back and forth continuously in my office about to dig hole on my floor. My movements were interrupted when there was a knock on my door. The door pushed open , then the maid entered along with Alex. Walking behind her. Alex was nothing giving off from her expression.
"Thanks you may leave".
The maid bowed her head and left the room before looking back and forth between Alex and me. Everyone knows the rule. Nobody goes to the fourth floor without my permission.
" Have a seat Alex".
She stood there still where she was standing before. I did not mind telling her again.
"Today a very interesting thing happened. The maid told me she heard some noises and saw a vase lying on the floor opposite to the room on the fourth floor".
