Walking out of the airport, it was as if the sun shone brighter, the sky got bluer and the fresh air felt oh so good on my senses. The guards pushed our luggage as we waited for our rental car to be delivered. Looking around, I saw a beautiful red convertible beach car pulling up. My head immediately snapped towards Xavier who stood there with a smirk on his face.
"Come on, let's load the luggage in the trunk so we could get to the resort. My body is aching for some beach vibes!" Xavier said pulling his arm over my shoulder and walking over to the car. Once all the luggage had been put away, I took the front passenger and Xavier was driving.
It was about a two-hour drive until we finally arrived at the beautiful beach. Xavier took my hand, helping me to get out of the car.
